Fees for therapy, evaluation and assessment, and training can be provided by the Office Manager or Dr. Kelley upon request.

Payment is usually by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

Insurance Provider: Dr. Kelley is a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida. Other insurances will be filed by Dr. Kelley.
