Appointments or inquiries can be made by calling the main number, (239) 278-3231 and speaking to the office manager between 9AM and 2:30PM.

Dr. Kelley’s hours are typically 8AM until 7PM, Monday through Thursday and 8-6 on Friday.

The office number is ANSWERED 24 HOURS A DAY BY THE VOICE MAIL SERVICE.
